On May 10, 1710 the probate court took action to confiscate Peder
Mogesen's assets after a judgement dated October 23, 1709 sentenced
him for "taking liberties with a mare" (at bruge omgiængelse med en
hoppe). He escaped his punishment by fleeing abroad! What happened
to him after that is unknown.
